Those clever colour palettes

For ages I wanted to know How To Make those useful colour palettes, so I don't have to stand in the yarn shop and try to match yarn colours from a tiny little photo on the mobile...

Brilliant! Now if only there was one that would help me see value, without having to convert every photo to black and white first. Maybe somebody out there is working on that! :D

Thanks so much for including my pincushion on your Facebook page! I was going to comment there but it wouldn't seem to let me. Something to do with being a 'page' but never mind! Thanks for your lovely comment too. Love your colour palettes, so clever.

Sandra :-) Oh I don't know what it is, between FB and Blogger I sometimes want to run away. We're very proud of "our" African Flower - it is a very old pattern, but was brought to light again by Anita Rossouw and Lynette Fourie - contributors at one of our women's magazines :-)
